Kelly Allen did a fantastic job of keeping things fun, upbeat and interesting. I honestly miss her energy now that class is over. She clearly knows her stuff and goes the extra TEN miles to help her students succeed using props, mnemonics, acronyms, etc. The course is fast paced, there is a lot of material to cover in a short period of time, and it is NOT easy. But the course offers plenty of resources, practice tests, and study assists to help students pass. UTILIZE THE CLASS RESOURCES!! Really loved the hybrid online/in person option. It was helpful to meet and ask questions of the brokers from other firms who came to recruit during lunch breaks and brought lunch. Cumbie and Trull was recommended to me via two local broker agents. I am very grateful to have gone through C&T!

I took the pre-licensing class with Michelle Melvin and she was an awesome teacher. Michelle always did her best when it came to answering questions and went above and beyond with her explanations of topics such as agency and the different kinds of tenancy. I went to Kelly's review sessions and watched her videos on youtube which were helpful. I passed the class final with my first try as well as my PSI test. Will definitely be taking my post-licensing class with Cumbie and Trull after my wonderful experience.
