I am so deeply grateful for my experience with my Pre-licensure course at Cumbie and Trull, with Kelly as my teacher (she calls herself our testing coach which I love!) I had previously signed up for and began taking classes with another local teacher and was not able to retain the information in a successful and joyful manner. I was feeling pretty disenchanted with Real Estate! I had THREE separate people rave to me about Kelly, and I decided I had to find out for myself what all the fuss was about. Thank goodness I made the switch! Not only am I feeling completely confident going into the upcoming testing period (we just completed our class this week), I am also able to feel truly excited about this huge career shift!
Kelly herself often jokes that this material is "dry as an unsalted saltine cracker, y'all" and that is very true! So much of the content we are expected to learn is extremely intricate, legal in nature, and very challenging to make sense of - and I am typically an A+ student! Kelly utilized all tools at her disposal, from covering various learning styles, to singing songs, to acting out scenarios with Barbie dolls. She truly goes above and beyond, I could not recommend her highly enough. We have all been blessed to be guided in this process by her, and I look forward to taking my post-licensing courses and continuing education courses with her in the near future!
